Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times United States 8-12 business days, Australia 10-14 business days, Germany 9-13 business days, United Kingdom 9-13 business days, Canada 9-13 business days, Rest of Europe 10-14 business days, and Rest of World 12-16 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking Every order placed at Prime Pet Market comes with full tracking. Once your order ships you will receive an email with your unique tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at support@primepetmarket.com and we will look into it right away.

Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address before completing your order as Prime Pet Market is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at support@primepetmarket.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us at support@primepetmarket.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package and keep you updated throughout the process. If your order is confirmed lost we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund whichever you prefer.
